What a mind blowing spa experience!!! – A group of friends and I went to the la prairie spa after a couples recommendation and they were right, service, luxury and beauty describes what we experienced. Upon making my reservation the receptionist recognized I was booking a group and began to ask several questions. a wonderful stay – While staying in NY this is a wonderful added benefit. After a day shopping all over town before an evening out the use of the spa was the icing on a beautiful day.
Disappointed – Upon my recent visit to the spa I was rather disappointed. I was not asked if I wanted anything to drink. People were sipping champagne and sodas. I was left to drink a glass of water. I was not asked what music I preferred, I had expected this since I had read that you are asked. I am a long time user of La Prairie products. The treatments I received were very good. Geniune Caring – I highly recommend the spa and the staff were unexpectably accomodating.
Top Notch – The service at this spa is phenomenal!!! Don't go anywhere else in NYC!
AHHHHHHH – I recently had a one hour deep tissue massage at La Prairie. It was very nice. The massuse was very professional. He asked what I liked and didnt like. The treatment rooms were clean and nice. The mens locker room was somewhat small. I had to get dressed in an area that had water on the floor. But all in all I would recomend this spa to anyone.
