I lived here for two years and it was terrible. They ripped me off every chance they could. A month or two into living here, I found black mold in the bathroom that they covered up with caulk. They are never in the office during the office hours. They rarely let you know when they turn off water or electric to do maintenance. They also came into my apartment once to do work without me knowing. I found the floor dirty and things moved and finally realized they came to work on the garbage disposal. Moved in a week ago...Kim was very friendly and informative, even said welcome home after handing me my keys. Very nice apartment with a country setting, quiet community and well lit parking lot.
I've just moved in about a week ago and everything seems to be going great. I had an incident where my central air unit was leaking, and maintenance was ready to fix it at 8:30 in the morning. Also, Kim, the property manager was friendly to talk to and answered any questions I had about the apartments.
I love it because when we got the apartment the landlord says welcome home that there tells you your going to have a good place to live and the people are nice and safe plus quite Wich I love since I came from a noisy house
peaceful and beautiful surrondings nice apartments and good neighbors.
