I had a very smooth leasing and move-in experience. Allen was super helpful answering all my questions. Though he is very busy, he neither turned down a call nor brush me off. The building has great amenities and the apartments are of high quality. The security team are also very nice and they helped me pack my items when moving in. So far, my experience has been great.
Ha the units here are fine but it’s the lack of communication/lack of any effort to communicate that will consistently piss you off. Got home at 4 am to an apt that’s 80 degrees bc the a/c dont work. We call security to put in an emergency maintenance request…and apparently they did NOTHING. Told no one, wrote nothing down, nor tried to reach us to let them no ain’t shit they can do. And of course now it’s Labor Day, 90 degrees in my unit and they’re texting me saying ain’t shit they can doI promise you the initial communica... read more
Living here was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment. Elevator Issues: The elevator was broken for over a year, which was a huge inconvenience. To access an elevator, you had to walk to the other side of the building, which was especially frustrating when carrying groceries or heavy items. Parking: When we moved in, we were only allowed one residential spot and had to go through the parking manager for an additional space. The last few months living here have literally been hell, and I don’t appreciate being ignored when there is an issue I have been trying to address for over 8 weeks. Regardless of how unfair or obvious a situation is, the apartment leadership will delay in addressing it and expect you to keep forking over rent all the while gaslighting or ignoring you. I came here while in medical residency over a year and an half ago, and since about 6 months ago the quality of the tenants they are allowing to move in here has declined. It ... read more
