Gotta admit, I can't stand this company and the fact that we only have one option for electric. However, the after hours people are top notch. Shout out to, I think, Morgan with member services and Aaron with dispatch. They were extremely helpful and kind even though I was overly upset about my situation. Thank you both. These stars are for them.

We are in 2025 and the entire town of Pagosa has had no electricity for over 2 hours.

Last I checked it's illegal to shut off power to a residence if you don't send a bill or disconnect notice, fix y'all's shit or people are gonna take legal action

My bill has ALWAYS been paid on time. Due to a mixup in my latest billing, LPEA has been harassing me with letters, phone calls, etc. They have been advised that the bill has been paid, and yet they still harass me. Despite numerous phone calls to them to cease, they just continue to do so. I wish I could give them minus 0 stars. Update: 05/12/2024 My bill is not yet due, and yet today I received a reminder to pay it. I cannot believe the audacity of this company re getting their money.
