Visiting from Arkansas and the service was exceptional. Food was good and great atmosphere.
The place is classic. And the food is good. But why is a 90 year old Mexican restaurant using those cheap Taco Bell/Pringle taco shells? Just like Mama used to make? Muy disappointed.
I went on 5 de Mayo. I was very happy the wait was only 40 minutes compared to the 6 hour wait at other places. The margaritas were very blah it had a hint of alcohol. The food was ok nice and hot of the grill but it was missing something. I guess I wanted more for being 5 de Mayo 2018.
Great portions, really affordable, authentic, and delicious!!! PLUS, it’s seriously the cutest little place EVVVVERR! Can’t wait to visit San Diego again and eat there some more!!!
