I was trying to switch my son over to this clinic and his old pediatrician sent the medical release form MULTIPLE times through fax, two times I was standing there to witness them do it. Every-time I called this clinic to clear this up I was met with a RUDE old lady receptionist who talked to me like I was as dumb as rocks. I don’t often do reviews but this one warrants it. With my first child, we changed pediatricians three times before we finally found this practice. I was really disappointed and disillusioned due to our experiences with pediatric doctors until we discovered LaPetite Pediatric. My children have been with this dr for 4 years I loved the dr . Problem is out of no where they supposedly changed the policy. My boys were sick I tried to schedule a visit and was told they only take same day sick visits. And they were full if they were still sick call back . I called 5 mins after opening the following day. And was told they were booked . I said can I schedule for tomorrow. NO !! They only take day of. BS . So I took my kids to a walk in . And found a ped near us in carencro.
