Service was Ok and flowers weren't cheap at all but I'm Ok with that. Their based in a location that I'm sure rent would be expensive. My complain is when they said $15 for a bunch of eucalyptus leaves and I said fine but ended up putting like 1/3 of the bunch in the bouquet!
The most expensive, yet the worst arrangement and roses my partner received. They first delivered it on the 13th of February, and the date of the delivery indicated on my order was the 14th. They ended up getting the bouquet because the flowers were already wilted. They delivered it the next day and it's still the same. They asked how can they make it up to me but they don't reply back. I will never order again at this shop. Terrible service and product
Says they close at 6, but at 5:25 they won’t make any arrangements and we’re fairly rude tbh - there are friendlier florist in town who don’t treat a customer like an imposition
Impeccable service, even for an order placed from France to Sydney for a special occasion. Wherever you are, whenever you want, La Petal fulfilled its mission perfectly. Order tracking on the website isn't ideal, but you can trust the team.
Disappointed with the customer service and wouldn't recommend. I've been coming here for years as it’s near my work, and I just recently placed an online order. I previously had great experiences with lovely girls like Lily and Joanne, who were always very kind and happy to help with arrangements. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed.
