Absolutely stunning experience from start to finish. The team at the flower shop were so polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about creating something beautiful. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but the lovely lady assisting me gave amazing suggestions and made the whole process so easy. Service was Ok and flowers weren't cheap at all but I'm Ok with that. Their based in a location that I'm sure rent would be expensive. My complain is when they said $15 for a bunch of eucalyptus leaves and I said fine but ended up putting like 1/3 of the bunch in the bouquet!
The most expensive, yet the worst arrangement and roses my partner received. They first delivered it on the 13th of February, and the date of the delivery indicated on my order was the 14th. They ended up getting the bouquet because the flowers were already wilted. They delivered it the next day and it's still the same. They asked how can they make it up to me but they don't reply back. I will never order again at this shop. Terrible service and product
