I was supposed to have a procedure at this facility, which was scheduled two months ago. I prepared for it, had someone flown in to take care of my kids, spent money on prescriptions for the procedure, only to be told two days before that my procedure has been cancelled due to a "scheduled OR maintenance". This has cost me not only a lot of money, but a great deal.of stress and anxiety. My doctor uses this facility so I had no choice. I will be taking my business elsewhere altogether, from the doctor to the facility.
