After my mother passed. La Paloma was the 1st place I called. They have exceptional customer service and the staff was very caring. Nadia went above and beyond for my family and we are grateful she was our funeral arranger. Another family member was so impressed that he moved his funeral arrangements from another funeral home to La Paloma because of how professional and caring they were. I would give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could.
I would like to thank the Reno-Longley Lane staff. Especially to Rick and everything you did to help. And you're kindness and comfort was appreciated more then you know! Also to the young ladies that picked my mother up, you were kind and gentle with my momma and respected my crazy request...for being the hardest time in my life they made this experience easy. Thank you again and you guys we honestly the best!!
My family highly recommends La Paloma Funeral Services. From the start they were very kind to us. The work they did on my father was extraordinary. The support staff arrived on time and helped guide us through the ceremony. Everyone there was very nice.
Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Nadia Raya, que nos atendió y estuvo al pendiente de todos los detalles para el funeral de mi hermano que falleció el pasado Febrero. El cuerpo lo trasladamos a Mexico y Nadia se encargó del traslado y papeleo sin retrasos y todo avanzó sin ningún contra tiempo. My husband passed away in Vegas. I was indecisive of which funeral house. A colleague suggested La Paloma. I couldnt be more grateful with Nadia Rayas, wonderful human being, very warmhearted in every option we had, treated us with such respect! Always being so present in every step, it made it easier... im very grateful to her... highly recommended!
