HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! We had to wait days before we could even speak to anyone in charge, we were misinformed the through the process, we left several messages with no returned calls, when we finally did receive paperwork from them there were multiple errors. We spoke to many, many receptionists, the manager in charge of arrangements Lori, and the office manager Annette. None of them gave any condolences and little empathy. It will be 3 weeks on Tuesday and they keep saying they are waiting on the paperwork to give us my dad. Very disappointed! My family just wants closure!

We love the staff at La Paloma...we were treated very well by all of them over the years.
It’s always tough losing a loved one, but if and when that time come and you live in Las Vegas, I highly recommend using their services! Everything went extremely well. They are respectful, and most importantly they took great care of my grandpa after he passed away. Thank you Mitch for all you did for our family!
