So far it has been a great experience living here, looking forward to another year! The manager Vanessa & maintenance Ramon are always on top of everything and despite their busy schedule they get things done in a timely manner. 5 star reviews are rare with apartments nowadays (especially with my previous negative experiences) but here at La Palmilla it’s been 5 stars all the way.
Vanessa has been awesome to work with! She made the whole move in process super smooth and was always quick to answer any questions I had. It’s rare to find a property manager that cares about the residents. So far, living here has been great!
Llevo tres años viviendo y ultimamente es HORRIBLE, llamar a la oficina dicen que van a venir y JAMÁS LLEGAN dejan el teléfono descolgado les notifique que tenia el lava trastes tapado (el agua no baja) se fueron y jamas llegaron así lo dejaron y asi es TODO EL TIEMPO
I've had 2 leaks for a year and they have yet to fix it. My 2 sinks in the bathrooms are clogged and they haven't fixed them. Horrible management of I may say.
