How is anyone supposed to pay their rent when no one is ever in the office? So many people will end up being late because the lady in the office doesn’t want to work or takes 2 hour lunch breaks then never coming back. She always has an attitude. If you don’t want to be there find a new job.
There's a single mom struggling to make ends meet, she hasnt been able to renew her vehicles registration. The landlord of this place decided he's gonna kick this family while they're down because he's having her car towed away tomorrow at her expense. If she doesn't have 90$ for her tags why make her pay hundreds of dollars to tow it away? Sounds like he's hoping to ruin this mom's life & isn't giving her a chance. Put in an application 4 weeks ago. They said it should take 2 weeks for the application but then they kept making up excuses of why they haven’t worked on it. I try calling them and it’s like they are just always ignoring me. At this point I just want my money back from the application fee because I paid that so they can look at the application, not to take almost a whole month.
I'm changing my review about this place. Ever since Management has changed this place has gone downhill. Could never take dogs out because of stickers and apartments look beat up. When we first moved in the apartments where nice, now they have green stuff growing on them. I lived here for 3 years going on 4. Janie Anazldua and Priscilla Urbina were awesome.
