RecommendedI’m a regular customer and love everything especially the great customer service and kitchen staff BUT unfortunately had a scary encounter yesterday May 4th while a male customer wasn’t wearing his mask. I felt scared in fear he would cough or sneeze. Completely understand that the cashier was indeed super busy but maybe if there was another employee checking customers if they had a mask on. For the protection of others and your staff it’s very important to not let anyone without a mask to walk inside your business.

Will never do business with La Paletera! I paid for a service I was not provided. I requested a call from their manager or owner and they couldn't even do that. I guess they are just money hungry and don't care about their customers. Shame on them. 🤑👎🏻
