I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I clearly asked for a coffin nail shape, but my nails were made square. I tried to explain again that I wanted coffin, but the technician, Mary, was very rude and dismissive and made me feel like I couldn’t even speak up about what I wanted. The nail shape is not what I asked for, and unfortunately the attitude made the experience even worse. I also spoke up about the situation, but management did not do anything to address it. I would recommend this place because of the ladies. The front counter do not know how to operate. The provide different prices and confuse the ladies who do the service. I feel for them!! Hanna was amazing. She was calm and collected and helped me decide what to do! I would go back just to support the ladies because their service is very good.
Sharing my experience as someone who has been here for YEARS ! I asked for a shellac manicure, pedicure and eyebrow service and the only available ethtetician was SKYLAR. This lady did my nails previously, and it wS pathetic to say the least but he mentioned there no one else available so i sat through the pedicure again, (mistake no.1) while shaping, i asked her 5 TIMES to make it round, everytime she would brush the filer through the feet and ask “OoKk?” and I would tell her “no it has to be curved, it doesnt look good” on... read more
