We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received at this salon. Yesterday, my wife booked an appointment hoping to get her nails done beautifully before travelling back home for her vacation. She clearly explained and shared the design she wanted. Unfortunately, the nail technician, Mike, did not listen to her instructions properly and started working without understanding what she actually wanted.
