I ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers for a friend who had lost her father. She sent a thank you text when she received the flowers, but when I saw what was delivered to her, I was extremely upset. It is not at all as described or shown in any image when I ordered from the 1-800 Flowers website. The only flower that is as pictured or described are the white roses, which are sparse in the arrangement that was delivered. NONE of the other flowers were as pictured or described.
