Yuck! – Food is below average, service is non- existant. The only good thing I can say is that the sit down area is very nicely decorated.
Best pizza anywhere! – La Nova is by far the best pizza around. In looking at some of the other reviews, it is apparent that some of you don't know what good pizza is! There is no better, and the bbq wings are great. It is a little pricey, but if you want the best you have to pay for it! As far as service, I don't know about the Main St location but I have never waited more than a minute at the Ferry location because they have so many people working. I've been all over and I have yet to find food that compares.
There is better Pizza in the Buffalo area! – The pizza is quite disappointing as it is extremely dry with very little sauce. It is well below average at best. I have had better frozen pizzas from Freschetta. The chicken wing sauce is excellent but the actual chicken wings are small. LaNova charges more and gives you less. The pizza her is outstanding, it is the best I ever had.
Firmly Convinced! – I am originally from Buffalo, N.Y.. My occupation has required me to leave the area. I also do a lot of traveling. I have been across the ocean while in the Navy and all over the U.S.. In my travels I have yet to find pizza as good as LaNova's! Wings too! I am firmly convinced that New York State is the mecca of pizza and wings. LaNova's is the "royal palace"!
Truth – I read the negative and positive, each very contridicting, so I decided to try it for myself. La Nova is beyond good. From the second I walked in the door I was treated like family and my purchase mattered. I highly reccomend La Nova and hope you feel the same.
Excellent!!! – Many different pizza's and subs to choose from. Reasonable prices for the quality of their pizza's.
The last pizza was topped with tomatoes and onions was so mushy practically needed a spoon to eat it. Their BBQ wings are the absolute BEST!!!!
twice the price and half as nice!! – The service there is the worst and the food is very sloppy for the money. Everything in the pizzeria in general seemed to run a lot smoother about a year ago, in regards to your 5151 main street location. I think that you should do some serious evaluating in regards to who you have run the place.
