First time visit, Annie did a great job, lovely pedicure, I plan to return.
The quality of the service is excellent. I wish they would be more respectful of appointments. It's not uncommon for me to have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I’ve been coming here for about a year and have always had good experiences, until my last visit. I had a surgery coming up and wanted my nails done beforehand to feel a little more put together. My usual nail tech wasn’t available, so I booked with someone else who I’ve had before. I showed her exactly what I wanted (a copy of my current nails and a reference photo), and she said she can do it, but then proceeded to call me ‘picky’ multiple times throughout the appointment, which f... read more
