I don’t think I’ll be coming back here, I just saw with my own eyes that they poured back the used liquid they used on a costumer to remove her old nails.. back into the container… so unsanitary. 🤢
I’ve been to my share of nail salons here in El Paso and other cities. Very few nail salon employees work towards the experience of making you feel pampered. I love coming here. It is not a job for them, it is a vocation.
Over the years this place has gone way down in customer service. There are always only two employees working, which causes long wait times and frustration and leads to poor customer service. The two employees always seem upset. They rarely answer the phone, making it difficult to get any assistance or information. Definitely needs improvement in staffing and customer care.
