Over the years this place has gone way down in customer service. There are always only two employees working, which causes long wait times and frustration and leads to poor customer service. The two employees always seem upset. They rarely answer the phone, making it difficult to get any assistance or information. Definitely needs improvement in staffing and customer care.
Why am I posting a photo of an outgrown set of nails? These nails are 7 weeks old and stayed put through packing up an apartment and moving items to a storage unit. They were tough when I lugged 170 lbs of baggage through the Tokyo airport having a menty b and crying from stress. They survived scrambling up and down rocks while attempting to climb Mt. Fuji. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My wife went in to get her nails touched up (she had natural nails with an overlay) she was very clear on what she asked for, the lady proceeded to rip the overlay off, along with a layer of her actual nail, and then had the nerve to get mad at my wife for complaining about pain. My wife left crying because the lady also cut her nails Super short… Worst service ever avoid at all cost!
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The gentleman who provided my service was extremely rude and displayed a clear lack of customer service. He seemed visibly irritated throughout the appointment and made me feel very unwelcome. I came in with an ingrown toenail, and not only did he fail to address it, but he also didn’t bother to ask or show any concern. His overall attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional.
