I had Sofia do my nails and she was a 10/10!!! Efficient, mannerly, kind, and did my nails exactly as I asked. SOFIA IS THE BEST nail technician I have ever had!
Incredible attention to detail
in less than 1 week, 5 of my REAL nails broke. i went back and asked for a refund but they refused and wouldn’t even let me speak to the manager/owner. when i first got them done, i showed discomfort and concerns because the filing hurt and made my nails feel like they were burning, but they never took my concern seriously. afterwards, i realized it was because they were thinning my nails out like crazy. in result, my real nails were breaking close to my cuticles. i had to limit everything i did because i couldn’t even clip ... read more
