I've been going here for years. I have found that you have to be selective in choosing your technician, though. Like anywhere, there are good and bad. The trick is, once you find someone that does the job the way you want it done, don't let them "herd" you to another tech. It's a VERY busy establishment and they will move you quickly through if you let them. But they are very professional when you insist.

I wanted to treat my daughter to an evening of fun and pampering before her wedding, what a disaster! She wanted gel nails I did not so right from the start we got separated, okay I can handle that but when my daughter went for her pedicure the technician was very rude and told my daughter how her feet were in such bad shape (she wears flip flops and had been very busy morning to night planning her wedding), loud enough for me to hear some of it from across the busy store, which was bad enough but then she spoke in her nativ... read more
