I am not a customer but the man cashier there stalks the crap out of me I had a friend with me the last time to go to charter as I was leaving he came right in and spoke to the guy in there about whatever me and I standing right by the doors the other times he showed up outside to smoke like right after I called for the buses he just needs to mind his own business I will never gave my nails done there at all

I have been going there for a couple of years, and I do not care if they call me by my first name. They always give me a good mani and pedi, and I do care about that.

Hey guest 41855 who really cares if they didn't call you by your first name, it was probably because you were rude. Also, you should learn how to spell, it is "their" not "thier".

THE WORST PLACE EVER! Thier service was horrible! Plus, they do not remember thier customers, I have been going there for about a half a year now, and they still dont call me by my first name! DO NOT RECCOMMEND going there!
