I called on Monday morning to see if they could fit me in to do a mani/pedi sometime before mid-week. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, they fit me in later that day. When I figured out what I wanted and called back, they were extremely patient and accommodating changing my appointment to a slightly later time so they could give me what I wanted.
