Just went to this place after wanting a snow cone REAL bad. Bought four sno cones and they had no juice. I called to complain and was told.to bring my snocones back and they would add some more juice. I’m usually not a complainer and have been coming here for years. After eating nearly half my sno cones still has no juice and they refused to return my money or give me a store credit. I had driven all the way home and you want me to come all the way back for some juice? Really?

Extremely disappointed with the service at this place. I ordered the simplest order, 3 medium strawberry raspas( snow cone) and after waiting for almost 30 min they were giving people that came after me their orders and when I asked where was my order they were clueless, they had to ask me multiple times what my order was and then when i got the order, it was wrong.
