I appreciate a clean coffee shop, but mopping with a strong chlorine smell while customers are seated makes it hard to enjoy the experience. The odor is overpowering and not great to breathe in an enclosed space.
I loved the caramel latte and cookies Nancy, the lovely barista, helped me pick out so much! Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. Spacious and clean too. I look forward to visiting again.
Was waiting in line at the counter for 10 mins the worker acknowledged me and told me to a give her a minute but the moment another customer came in she started serving her as if I was standing there... It's incredibly rude and disrespectful.
I love the design of the place, it smells good, good food, free wifi and good service overall. Recommend for sure.
Their customer service is soo nice! Izzie was very sweet and gave me a sample of their Horchata cake. It was sooo good. I'll definitely get a slice next time! Veronica is also very nice and made my Matchata drink and gave me a sample of their polvoron cookie and it's was super delicious, especially if you have a sweet tooth! I also tried their Jalapeño trenza and I 100% recommend. It's super cozy. It has a lot of outlets for college students trying to find a place to study and the environment is very clean and welcoming.
