They ruined my approx. \$60 button down AE dress shirt cuffs. By the La Mode employees own admission they starched the shirt too much and then burned the buttons through the fabric with their iron press by improperly pressing the entire shirt (not the first time). The cleaner admitted fault immediatley and said it happens to black shirts, but is unacceptable and she would have it taken to the owner.
