Dr. Patel: Amazingly Fast, Efficient and Caring Today, my daughter age 6 had her tooth extracted and 2 silver stars inserted. All three procedures were completed in 1 visit. I made it very clear to Dr. Patel at La Mirada Dental Care that I did not want my daughter to be put under any type of sleep sedation. Dr. Patel understood my request and used a shot to numb the areas that needed work. He and his nurse spoke softly to my daughter throughout the entire visit and allowed me to be present at all times.
