Bought a 2024 class C motorhome. They tried to get us to buy every warranty under the sun. Borderline harassment in the pressure style. They are supposedly suppose to go over everything to make sure it is working properly. The first night the carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3 am. The batteries over heated. I took my motorhome in for an oil change, front door seal, stair repair, bathroom fan repair. New water pump and A/C maintenance. Julio Morales was my service advisor. The whole job shouldn’t have taken more than 10 days. After two weeks and no phone calls, I called Julio and the only thing he knew was that the oil change had been done. This type of phone call kept happening for three more weeks. Every time I called he had a different story and said it should be done soon!. We thoroughly enjoyed working with LaMesa RV to purchase our Micro Minnie RV trailer. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Alejandro was patient with us answering all our questions and demonstrating how to use the trailer. We will recommend La Mesa RV to our friends.
