I bought a 2023 Airstream Sprinter van from La Mesa RV. I am out of state and relied upon the employees helping me with the purchase. While it was a '23, it was sold in April 2024 and had low mileage. The unit was in service for 10 months and had 7,500 miles. When asking about the exterior of the vehicle I was told "mint" "showroom condition" etc. I asked them to tell me about anything as small as a rock chip. They were a pleasure to deal with, and the deal they gave me was great. The RV was clean and ready to go when I picked it up. Both Devin and Luis were great to deal with during the delivery process. I would buy from them again, and recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.
Just had a major nightmare experience at this RV center was told that we would be able to buy an RV there and agreed to the terms and paid $5000 out of my credit card. They said “ok get insurance on the rv and pick it up at 4 o’clock today. as we were walking through the front door were told that we weren’t able to get financed??? Unbelievable waste of time for me my family and time with my granddaughters and I will never do business with this shady company again…. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be getting a lawyer.
