Everyone at this dealership was very friendly, professional and helpful. Victor, our salesman, was totally upfront and informative. Linda, DJ and Tom helped us with the purchase and either made corrections to defects or ordered replacement parts. Great experience. Wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and these people.
We were visiting Ocala and noticed an RV show there. We popped in to check out a couple RV’s and found one that was filled most of our wish list. We met with Tim McCardle to view the RV. He was honest and knowledgeable about the Tiffin. We came to terms on a price. Had a few issues we asjed to be addressed. He took a detailed list. We also met with a sales mgr, Kevin. LaMesa has good prices no doubt, but the salespeople are very poorly trained and lazy. I was very interested in a RV here at the Sanford location but the salesperson would never call me back. I would usually have to drive an hour over to the dealership if I had a question and even then, it was hard to get an answer. The other issue is the RVs they have here have been run around to all the RV shows and are beat up and have a lot of mileage on them and are dirty. If I could give zero stars, I would. I reached out to inquire about their location and mentioned that we were ready to purchase an RV today with cash—no financing. When I asked where they were located, the response I received from Christopher was simply, “Deland.” The lack of professionalism and effort in that reply was surprising for someone in sales.
