Went looking for a Class A Motorhome last month and stopped in to check out La Mesa RV. I met Syed my sales person, who helped me thru every aspect of purchasing the RV from start to finish. Worst experience ever sale man victor was nice but everything after that is horrible I spent 6 months arguing between my sales rep the gm and services to fix something that was damaged during shipment. The delivery guys one was lost in cloud 9 and the other was just rude and nasty. As the guy kept telling him to back up incorrectly that he stated he wasn’t dealing with it and was about to leave. when we purchased our trailer the experiencia was good. a few months after we had problems with the refrigerated and it needed to be replaced. the new one worked well in the beginning and then the same situation. it was such an ordeal to replaced the first one that we, as older people couldn't deal with with the stress we have other small issues that we are dealing with ourselfs. the reason we are doing this review is to let people to be alert about what is being sold to you. at time of purchase we were offered a coating pro... read more
