I think it takes some kind of artistry to prepare such a terrible pasta. I asked specifically for the Pasta Primavera to be without garlic. They brought me an absurd amount of food, so hot and watery that it was most likely warmed in a microwave oven. Obviously, it was full of garlic. When I pointed that to the staff, he just smiled saying it was not much, they didn't add garlic, but yes, there was a bit in the marinara sauce. Only Italian restaurant on the planet that I would keep. A bowl of spag and meatballs isn't an Italian meal. But a 15 course Italian feast, that's the real deal.
