I removed a review because I didn’t include the Dr. Dr. Fasanya saw me. He was unable to log in to AHS website to see I had already had an X-ray. He refused to do any medical examination and became visibly upset when I explained my symptoms. He was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever dealt with. Bad experience with the walk-in doctor. Didn’t even perform any assessment. Not a professional imo.
The ladies at the front are lovely and efficient. I ended up seeing Dr. Balko, and the appointment was quick but felt thorough. Of the medical clinics in Leduc, this is the one I've had the best experiences with.
Quick in and out and the Dr. Was an absolute gem to my infant.
Kathy is the best booking agent at LA Medical ever. We LOVE her because she understands our concerns and she tries her best to get us an appointment at a reasonable time!
