LA came out same day when my furnace wasn't working on a cold day. I've had to get someone in every year that I've lived her, despite all the technicians claiming it's a great unit that will last forever. I've gone with a different company in the past for all the work, but after 3 years of the unit failing every wi ter, I called LA to get it serviced. They were in and out in about an hour with things working. Definitely my go to going forward for HVAC

I called this contractor who was referred by a family friend. Over the phone consultation resulted in an accurate diagnosis of my units issue. The owner ordered the part needed for replacement and scheduled an appointment for next business day. He was reliable and got here on time. The job was handled professionally, and the communication of the issue and repairs was outstanding. Great customer service, professional, knowledgeable and reliable.
