If I could give a negative one I would. My husband and I are moving from Georgia to Texas I called 3 different times to confirm a 10 by 20 unit and that we would be there Saturday morning between 9 and 10 with a trailer of our stuff to put in storage. We got there at 9am and no one was there. Called and had to leave message. Pulled over on side of road and waited for hour and called again still nothing. Quick service in amd out
Cheap safe and reliable
I have not had any problem with my unit nor the management. Its inexpensive and easy. I do have an issue of not being able to access my storage space past 7pm. It makes it very hard to get anything in and out of storage or just rearrange my space. I've been with this unit for over 6 yrs. I think we should be able to access our space at anytime.
