Do not recommend to rent there - I lived there several years - the complex is next to San Tomas expressway - very noisy. Expect a big utility bill in addition to rent - for the family of 3 you will pay about $160 extra (PG&E is separate) for water/garbage/landscape (nearby apartment complexes charge less for the same utilities). A/C is only in living room, so in bedrooms it becomes very hot during hot weather. There are some strange rules in the complex I did not like. My wife and I have lived in La Mancha for a year and our stay was delightful. The property was always very well maintained and should you have any maintenance issue it was immediately taken care of. We loved the apartment layout and build quality. During summer time the pool was very nice to work on your tan or just refresh at the end of a long day at work. We moved out because we wanted to have a garage, otherwise we would still be there. We left in the middle of a month and decided to clean the apartment as much as we can ... read more
