If youre at the DFW Airport, and youre going to be here for hours and want a hot breakfast or lunch, dont eat here. Ordered oatmeal. It was cold. Like the warmer had been off for hours. Cold oatmeal isn't good. It's actually just old oatmeal. I went straight back to the counter and requested a bowl of hot oatmeal. The young lady remade my bowl, from the same cold old pot the first bowl came from. I then requested that she pour a little hot water on top. Got the chicken salad croissant which I wasn’t sure I wanted to it with way it was slapped together. But it was very good. Girl at register seemed to be new and confused and was not polite. Didn’t see anyone attempt to clean the tables as people customers were doing it themselves. It’s high priced as airport food is and the sandwich was good despite looking like it had been put together by a toddler. I’m skipping it next time I’m in Dallas.
Food is decent, staff are very friendly
Some of the only truly friendly staff I've ever encountered in an airport! We were served by Tracy and she was wonderful, and so was rhe other woman up front at the time. The food tasted good (croissants sandwiches were hot and buttery, muffin was flavorful) and felt fresh (granted, we did eat right after they opened at 5:00 in the morning). Was a bit overpriced, as all airport food is, but probably among the best you'll find given the circumstances.
Worse customer service available at DFW.
