One of the best places to go to in LA to be exposed to new art, great venue and a great store too, Wackos.
I've been visiting this gallery since the late 80's, when it was on Melrose. It is one of the rare galleries that interests my punk taste with "lowbrow" art. Now, it shares its space with WACKOS which has wacky toys, books, & gadgets!
This is a great place to visit, we went for the Tiki exhibit and had a great time looking at all the unique items.
Plan on spending some time there. So much to look at and see. I was amazed at how many great book titles they have and a fun shop for gifts.
One of the most incredible stores in all of Los Angeles and Art Gallery! Nothing like it anywhere. You won't be disappointments do!
