If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I lived here for, not even, a full year (too long if you ask me) before packing my stuff and taking myself and my babies out of that disaster. Once Crystal left, the maintenance man (Troy) took it upon himself to become “alpha”. He took the power to his head and acted like he owned the place. New management came in, but Troy never stopped. My apartment was being accessed without a 24 hour notice. (Not sure if management was aware). Stuff was planted in my apartment to get violation... read more
Haven't lived here long,but I have found the building very quiet. I found Austin very polite and easy to work with. He really seems to want to make this a great place to live I am handicapped and depend on the elevator which is not great but Austin has promised a new company to take over maintenance of it. I believe he will make good on this promise
La Luz has changed a lot since new management took over. Things are done/handled the way it should have always been. The new manager takes the job very seriously and handles things professionally. La Luz looks better smells better even the presence around the buildings are better. The work is being done to turn this place around and it shows.
