Saved a lot of time and stress by calling these guys. Had a complete flat and they came within 20min and fixed it right away.
I was quoted one price on the phone, but once the work was done, they charged me almost double with no clear explanation. Felt like a bait-and-switch — dishonest and frustrating experience.
Called La Llanta Mobile Tire Service for a simple tire change, and it turned into a nightmare. The technician arrived two hours late with no apology, and the job was rushed and sloppy. Definitely not the professional service they claim to be.
The tire they installed was used, even though I paid for a new one. When I called to complain, they denied it and refused to offer any refund or resolution. Totally shady business practices — I don’t trust them.
Very poor customer service. They don’t answer calls or return messages when there’s an issue. Once they’ve done the job and taken your money, they completely disappear. No accountability at all.
