Last February I needed a small gift for my brother’s birthday something personal but not too cheesy. I ended up going with a wooden keychain and thought, why not get it engraved? Found this place and gave it a shot. Didn’t take long at all, like 20 mins or so, and the engraving looked super clean. My brother legit thought I ordered it from one of those fancy custom gift websites. I’ll prob come back if I ever need to do something similar again.
Called and did not seem professional. Maybe go in person if you want better service.
I would give more stars of I could. I was shopping for an engagement ring and Sergey was able to help start to finish. He educated me on all the difference factors that determines the quality of the stone. He had a local dealer bring few stones over for me to compare side by side and help me choose. It was a very interesting experience. He showed me some different styles of rings and custom made one for me based on my choice. They designed the ring on the computer and brought it to life.
