Did the La Jolla Cave Snorkel tour with Nikki. We really had a good time. Nikki did great in explaining the fish and the history of the area. The mask, snorkel, and fins were included, had to rent a wet suit. I would definitely recommend getting an underwater camera too or renting one from the shop.
My husband and i had so much fun with the entire staff. They all have great personalities. The snorkling was my favorate!! Thank.you all for a great weekend!! See you next time.
Guide was knowledgeable, and a cool dude! Go out and give it a try, we got to pet a shark swim with sea lions and hold a lobster!!
So far have not been happy with the customer service. Bought a groupon and then tried to book a spot online, but their system wouldn't accept my Canadian Credit card. So (as per groupon email), tried to phone and book over the phone, and nobody is answering and they are not phoning me back. I also tried to email, but no response there either. I went for my bday and to mark off my bucket list. I had a great experience the staff is very nice. Unfortunately I was not able to navigate with the flippers and mask. Not used go swimming like so the guide asked me to hang back when they went onto the cave. I swam around the cove and enjoyed the scenery I even swam next to a sea lion. I will do it again once I have had more practice.
Great customer service! Our guide Willy was enthusiastic, fun and really knew his stuff. It was a fun snorkel adventure and couldn't ask for a better way to spend my afternoon.
