Absolutely terrible customer service here. Whoever is in charge of administration really needs to find someone more pleasant and with a more welcoming personality to be at the front desk. I had a hard time with parking and was running slightly late and the lady at the front desk told me I had to reschedule, yet refused to reschedule me while I was there. And it's not like she had anyone else waiting; she was just there chillin by herself. I have no idea how the doctors are here because I never actually got to see one, but th... read more
