old and cheap. zero amenities and doors open to street for any homeless to follow or come in. so scary.
Terrible management. Jamie is rather understanding, but I have zero idea why the other person (Angel) is still there. Extremely rude, intolerably judgmental - even of the people they work with in the office. Nice interiors, good mechanics, but awful management. A lot of consistent gas-lighting and unable to take responsibility. Not worth your troubles. DO NOT move here. Angel should be let go of, and they need to find a replacement.
In this place which was built without acoustic insulation between floors, if you request for an improvement the property manager Ms Acevedo or Ms Havens will just send you a 30-day-notice to leave the apartment. The message is if you don’t like it, just move out. Very particular management with no manners.
The neighbors in 18 are very loud, makes it impossible to sleep
