From my initial inquiry to my move in date Jamie, the office and maintenance staff have been nothing but professional, kind and took time to explain things to me. I got lost a time or two on the property and maintenance has physically stopped what they were doing to show me around and to my place. It' s quiet, clean and I am really enjoying my space. I have already recommended La Jolla Terrace to some friends. Looking forward to my time here.
Property manager Acevedo is allowing a cleaning business wash all the rags to be washed in this residential complex because they are friends. If the owner of the complex just knew this probably wouldn’t allow it all. It seems they are totally absent.
old and cheap. zero amenities and doors open to street for any homeless to follow or come in. so scary.
Terrible management. Jamie is rather understanding, but I have zero idea why the other person (Angel) is still there. Extremely rude, intolerably judgmental - even of the people they work with in the office. Nice interiors, good mechanics, but awful management. A lot of consistent gas-lighting and unable to take responsibility. Not worth your troubles. DO NOT move here. Angel should be let go of, and they need to find a replacement.
