It was a pleasure to be cared for by the CNAs from La Jolla Nurses after my knee replacement surgery. The entire team was super attentive and concerned for my health, safety and recovery. Treci was such a get caregiver after my right knee replacement, I specifically requested her again after my left knee replacement. Hopefully I won’t need assistance again for quite a while, but if needed, La Jolla Nurses will be my first call.

Such an abysmal interaction after a prior successful experience. Front desk service is now arrogant and combative and would not connect us with the nurse that we had met with. He was rude and has no clue what customer service is or how to think critically. There is no longer a collaborative environment with La Jolla Nurses, which is the exact opposite of our interaction years ago. Also, by blocking us from speaking with the nurse they have lost our business and all future business as well as sharing this within the community... read more

I’ve had three nurses (Anastasia, Mackenzie & Britini, Wendy lead) come every day of the week for the last month and a half or so, and they have been wonderful. They are definitely a five stars type of organization. I will miss them greatly, and though my health has been up and down, they made me feel as though there is always hope on the horizon. I would definitely recommend this organization to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All my needs were handled with care. Jane and Michelle in the office were so helpful and made the process easy. The care givers Cheska and Liesha were not only trained and professional but so sweet. i couldn't have asked for better. Thank you all at La Jolla Nurses.
