I had an appointment on Wednesday by video. That seemed fine, I wanted consult as soon as possible because I am in pain. The doctor said he would order an MRI and a CT scan. I called them on Thursday. No reply. I called him on Friday twice. No reply I was given a prescription for something for pain, but no one is following up with my phone calls. I guess if you want to see a doctor in six months maybe this is the place for you, but I feel abandoned. I plan to head to the emergency room now very disappointed.

I had my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy here yesterday, and I was genuinely impressed with the care I received. From check in through discharge, everyone was kind, professional, and worked extremely well as a team. I only waited a few moments to be taken back, and although there was about a 20 ish minute wait before my procedure, the staff kept things moving and everyone I interacted with had excellent bedside manner. Communication about cancellation and medical bill can be a great headache for you if you come here. Cancelled my appointment 72 hours ahead of time on the day I get the cost estimate (like suggested in document) but still get charged for 200 dollars late cancelation fee. Called 4 times about it but never got my phone picked up. Always left messages explaining the details but never got a call back for confirmation.
