Kind and gentle – Whenever I come in for adjustments, Dr. Phi can recall what we last talked about and she can continue the conversation right where we left off. That's pretty amazing memory if you ask me! She probably sees a lot of new patients, but that's just the kind of patient care she provides. The office is up to date and modern. The office even has tvs on the ceiling so you can watch something while you get you teeth cleaned! That's definitely worth the 5 stars in my book.
He always makes me feel at ease, explains any procedures thoroughly ahead of time, and is actually concerned with cost to the patient. He recognizes that dental work is expensive and can suggest alternatives if cost is an issue. I really like that.
