These are the best apts in UTC. The apts residents are mostly UCSD staff and students, but I heard they are changing their policy to just UCSD staff. Parking is ample. There are two tennis courts, and two swimming pool with a hot tub. The place is kept very clean and its pretty safe. I would definitely recommend this place if you could get in.
