My 2hr appointment turned into a 3.5hr session because the old bridge was extremely difficult to remove. From a physical point of view it was a bit of an ordeal for me but Dr. Miller did not take any shortcuts, was very patient and got it done while minimizing as much as possible the discomfort of having to be in the chair for so long. I loved my experience at your office from first meeting Heather and then WONDERFUL Dr. Rich and his nurse. They took care of me as if I were Queen Elizabeth. Very caring very gentle. I must admit I am looking forward to my next appointment. See you then.
Delightful reception staff, on time, dental hygienist gentle, Dr. Miller professional and friendly. The visit, in a word, peachy!
Very satisfied with the work and atmosphere. I appreciated the camera (and the willingness of Dr. Rich to take the time to use it) to take images inside the mouth and display on the overhead. Really shows what's going on with the tooth. First class operation from the front desk on back. I've been with this dental office for years and will continue to use them for all my dental needs.

very professional and friendly staff
My hygienist was very professional and did a very good job. I was very scared of the injection , but I barely felt it - she did a good job of it. Also, the cleaning itself was very well done.
