Was happy to finally get an Apartment after a couple of years of homelessness. My happiness was soon over after almost two years of nothing but constant surveillance on my Apt to get me evicted. As a Veteran, most all my rights as a HUMAN in America were violated by La Jolla, or Oakridge or whatever they are called. My rights violated by office management, but mainly the maintenance man, including coming in illegal, getting into my mailbox to put a vacant sticker in it and other questionable things.
