Overpriced. This vis the same apt complex as Sungate, just Overpriced. I actually lived in San Diego next door to LA Jolla . This place is far from a resort type apt or condo. The management are rude and unprofessional. Just new paint and a little poor landscaping. Rent is outrageous. It is a convenient location.
I have lived here over a year now i love the management the girls up there are really sweet and very understanding i just love them and if i need anything done they always make sure it gets done the same day its very cheap all you have to pay for is rent and electricity and you get free golds membership there i dont plan on every leaving when i was pregnant with my son i was trying to find my own place and i couldn't find no one to rent to me but they made sure they got me into a place that same week i really do appreciate e... read more
So many rats and roaches🪳 in this apartment. There’s a dog poop everywhere from outside and it smell so bad but no one clean it up.
Me gusta vivir aquí. El arriende es económico. Las chicas de la oficina Siempre nos an ayudado. Asta ahora todo bien
