authentic mexican food La huasteca is my favorite mexican restaurant. I've been there 4 or 5 times. I tried almost all their specialties and I have never been disapointed. This place has the most authentic mexican food I have tried in Los Angeles. Do not get stuck with the burritos, tacos, and enchiladas. Dirty Restaurant First of all, my experience at La Huasteca Restaurant was terrible. Their restroom was beyond dirty. It smelled like crap and competely destroyed my appetite. Price was expensive compare to the quality of food. Do NOT waste your time and money going to this restaurant.
The Best This is not your normal Mexican Food Restaurant, they actually call it Mexican Cuisine. It is exactly that, they have a lunch special that is absolutely worth the price. I highly recommend this location.
Good Entertainment This place is not popular for the food. In fact it is okay and pricey. The only reason to go here is for the entertainment. If I had to recommend a platter it would be the mole poblano. But the main attraction is not the food but the mariachi.

We what didn't really liked the taste on the food and theyhave to also lower the prices on the buffet, this past Sunday I took my mom and the family to celebrate her birthday I am only got the bill it was over to $600 dollars.
