Inventor of the frozen margarita machine, Mariano Martinez, serves upscale Tex-Mex in his North Colleyville location. – In Short Rustic log walls, animal heads and antler chandeliers adorn the interior of this faux ranch. Spicy salsa is smoky with a hint of chipotle. Tableside guacamole is fresh and just right with a dash of extra cilantro. Cheese enchiladas topped with chile con carne are meaty and not overly greasy. Mexican Steakhouse! – Huge Hunting Lodge motif. Wood burning Fireplaces in most rooms. The Steaks are Wonderful. You can get Tex Mex sides instead of the traditional baked potato and garden salad. Don't get me wrong; the traditional sides are very good too. The Mexican Ribeye is the absolute Best. The Ancho Chile Butter makes a perfect steak, exquisite. Great full Service Bar.
