The office staff has been in constant contact with me and are working very hard to resolve this issue, I might add that they are going through a transition period as new owners have bought the place and that probably added to the confusion.
I received amessage to call a certain number to resolve my issue with overdrafting my account for rent by hundreds, they didn't answer which is normal for this business. I am completely unsatisfied the way things went down and I was told that it was the owners doing and that they're doing it to quite a few people at these apartments. Where I come from that's called stealing. Again if you move in here do not trust them with direct drafting your account.
Twice now they have drafted my account for hundreds of dollars over what my rent is.
maintenance My maintenance needs have always been taken care of immediately.
We have been living here for about four months and there are few things people need to be aware. There a re many roaches on the surrounding areas (most likely due to the Resaca). They can be found on the laundry rooms, near the office, and especially on patios. I have not seen pest control spraying on the premises or the outside.
