The service used to be great, however they have changed management now I won’t go there
9/23/18Was in the restaurant today and the lady I was sitting with had to raise her hand just to get service and the manager Jason told told me not to be like that it was not right , to make a comment about the restaurant all the workers standing around like they don’t care the business is going down slowly it’s so sad to see a restaurant that u have to act as if your in school to raise your hand for service :)
l can only say our experience was great. I was helped to my table, ( just had knee surgery) Our server was very attentive. Our food was great and had several refill. I will go again.
We came here with about 20 people after a funeral. The ENTIRE restaurant minus the bar (which had a bartender) was empty. We never once got refills on our drinks, our orders were wrong and our bills were all screwed up. There were several servers just standing around.. literally looking at us. But nobody helped. When we voiced our concerns to the manager.. we got ‘it would confuse the servers if more than one helped’. Not once did we get any apology or any kind of discount for the AWFUL service we received. Good food, good service, need I say anymore!
From the very beginning we had issues. They tried to seat 7 adults in a booth. They were not able to keep our glasses full, bring out the cheese dip or get our orders correct. The frozen margaritas were so sour they were undrinkable. Wait staff was rude, manager unconcerned with any of our issues. Over priced, horrible food that took too long to receive and then was incorrect. 4 out of 7 meals at our table were incorrect. We told the manager that We would not be back.
